If you are in chat and notice your chat options bar is missing...the bar along the top of the chatroom where Home More Rooms, Options etc is normally.  As in the following image:

It is due to one of three reasons

1.  Your resolution is set to small to display it.
2. You are zoomed in too close for it to be displayed properly
3. You have your browser off maximize and set to a too small of a viewing area for the bar to be displayed

In any case when this happens you will get a drop down menu at the top right of the chat that has these options in it now. As in the following image.

Note: The dropdown menu is located at the top right of the chat area just above where the cup icon is to go away.
