Chatter Tracking

Is it possible for chatters to "track" what room in which another chatter is? I've had several occasions where a couple of other chatters "happened in" to rooms where I don't normally chat. Is this possible?

No it is not possible to track what room a user is in. The system doesn't store that information for users.
