I’ve tried emailing w no answer

I was server banned and I would like to know how long I do have friends on there I would like to speak to and yet they ask me how long and I have no answer :(

Your email was responded to last evening and you were told it was your behavior in HD that landed you in this position and that the ban is indefinite.
