### Moving Forward 

I want to take a moment to address recent events and provide clarity. Ellie has decided to leave Buzzen and start a Discord server. Unfortunately, during this process, she misused limited access privileges on Buzzen to obtain email addresses and has been contacting individuals to promote her server. This was a clear violation of trust and a misuse of the access I provided to help protect Buzzen chatters. Such actions are both disappointing and hurtful, as they undermine the trust and support that form the foundation of our community, and her actions have shown a lack of integrity. 

I am also aware of the comments being made about me. To those who know me and my character, the truth speaks for itself. I will not engage in a back-and-forth over this. Ellie has moved on, and I wish her well in her future endeavors. 

### Looking Ahead 

Our focus remains on strengthening Buzzen and Relay-Radio. We have exciting plans to enhance engagement, including hosting bingo nights and launching podcasts that explore the history of Buzzen. Additionally, we aim to expand the use of Buzzen's YouTube channel to provide tutorials, computer troubleshooting guides, and other helpful resources for our chatters. 

For Relay-Radio, we’re inviting anyone interested in becoming a DJ to apply via our website: [Relay-Radio DJ Application](https://www.relay-radio.com/application). Alternatively, you can reach out directly to Eyecu or Chain. Please note that to be a DJ, a stable internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended (though 3 Mbps can work in some cases).

✿Dee Dee✿, I have never laughed so hard, or agreed with a post more. Every time I said, this I was told I was being "mean." I absolutely knew I wasn't the only one who saw through his story. The more outrageous the story, the more people will believe it.

I am not a happy camper, when I came back home from a vacation, where my entire family and I have been disconnected from the internet, except for having to deal with business, to find that my favorite chat room has been turned upside down.

When I saw this post from Wes, I immediately called Ellie, Judy, and a of my other chatters and/ or DJ’s. What I heard from them, bothers me.

It is with upmost sadness that I am no longer going to be DJing for Relay Radio. I am no longer going to be chatting using the Buzzen platform.

I find it unacceptable that Buzzen would allow someone who did not need access, to have access to members information. I really find this ironic, since Ellie states she did no such thing.   I do believe Ellie, as had she wanted to email members of Buzzen a link to her new chat room, I would have received an email, as would most of the chatters on Buzzen. 

As soon as I post this, I am going to deactivate my buzzen account. For those friends I have made, I want you to know that I will miss you guys.

I have chatted here for a number of years and have the reputation of being the quiet, nice guy. I may be quiet but it doesn’t mean I pay attention to what happens in the rooms. Over the past few months I have noticed a change in the sports bar room.  I noticed Ellie getting overwhelmed and worn out trying to keep the room running where everyone was welcome and had a place to chat. There were and are some individuals that made the room toxic, I would leave when certain people were in there but Ellie was to nice to ban these people.

I never got an email from anyone, maybe I am the forgotten one or the one no one notices, but I can guarantee you, the night Ellie said she was leaving, everyone that was friends with Ellie would have sent her a way to contact them and there would be no need for her to steal e-mail addresses. Knowing Ellie she would never take everyone’s email addresses. I bet there are a lot of chatters that have been looking for a different place to chat for a while. The thing that bothers me is, who else has access to my information in here, so many times being in rooms people are coding and doing things, how safe is our information on here.  Other questions that come up are,  are whispers really private or can someone read them if they have access? is what is said in a private room  really private? Just the thought of knowing someone reading what people think is safe and private creeps me out.


If what Wes is claiming is true, which we all know is just to make Ellie look bad, I am expecting an Email from the owner of this room that is sent to everyone saying that personal information has been stolen and an apology that the room security sucks.

I guess I have to change my password or close my account just to keep my personal information safe

I look forward to hearing from the room owner with an apology and a guarantee that no one will have access to personal information in here and an apology that it happened. Some proof would be nice.










This place was always a place for me to come at the end of they and have some laughs and escape the stresses of everyday life. It’s sad to how disrespectful and self centred people have become and suck the fun out of that could be so much fun.

Freddy I agree.. Seems that they are required to notify not only us, but also the Canadian Government of a data breach..  Seems that they're not doing so, is proof of their libel against Ellie.

It’s understandable to feel concern about the changes and dynamics in the sports bar chat room, it was Ellie's own doing with how she chose to handle the responsibilities she undertook.  Ellie played a significant role in shaping the environment of that space. Her approach and immaturity contributed to a vast majority of the " toxicity " in the room.

Ellie’s handling of conflicts—such as going on unhinged rants—might have escalated tensions rather than resolving them in a constructive and peaceful manner. Leadership in any community space requires balance, and fostering respectful dialogue is key to maintaining harmony.

Well phooey...so sorry things have taken this turn. I always enjoyed the chat in the Sports Bar when I could get there. I know nothing about Discord but would love to know where Ellie and others land. I didn't get an email so I guess Ellie really didn't steal email addresses. Or maybe nobody likes me...lol!

This i can see will go back and fourth and it's not what we are looking to do. We have proof and have her email with the link to the other server and that's all we need. Various chatter's have come to us asking what this link was and showing Ellie's email on it. If you don't believe us you don't believe us, this is your choice and it's also your choice to chat where ever you please to chat. if people need to follow Ellie by all means do so, we at buzzen will continue to grow and have learned from this unfortunate incident. But it will make us stronger and more committed to our old and new chatter's.
