i cant log into buzzen chat room

I have been trying to log onto buzzen and i wonder why I cant get on to chat

I also can’t get into any room today. It says..Saccess is banned. I gave no idea what that means. Is anyone else having trouble? I would appreciate any insight

In your message to me you said you are traveling, I suspect, but I'm not sure, you may be connecting thru a VPN, I dont think Buzzen allows that.  I'm not sure, I'm just guessing. Good luck
