What's the status of the outlook.com email addresses being used to register an account and not getting the page where you have the code and enter your password? Are there issues with that still?

Yes microsoft has unjustly blocked our ip from their mail servers. If you register with a Microsoft email, you will have to go into helpdesk to have it manually activated.
Is anybody even working the helpdesk? I tried that and never got any help after an hour waiting...
