I don't see any comments before mine ........ you got issue's Rubber I'd suggest therapy . One way or another waste and fraud needs out of the system...... if it's not him it will be someone else so get over it, or you can always move out of the country .

I agree, the problem needs to be addressed at its root, and if not this person, then someone else — the system needs to be cleaned up one way or another.
