make it esy to contact someone to help nothing like waiteing for help for hours

The latest flash update is causing an issue for Firefox users. If you update to latest flash version "24.0.0.194", you will not be able to connect to chat using Firefox. Other browsers seem unaffected at this time. If you have updated to the latest Flash version you will need to use a secondary browser other than Firefox. You can also continue to use version 24.0.0.186 of flash and Firefox will connect normally. We hope to resolve this issue soon.

I use IE  & can't get in chat  I did  earlier today  but in last 2 or 3 hours can't  it  won't conect

There seems to be a problem with the latest Adobe Flash update.

IOS Saffari, last hour or so can't connect. It was sudden, room disconnected after being in it most of day, now wont connect Help!
