Not able to load rooms

I have been attempting to load several rooms for a while now.. I am getting a "Error 403-- This Web app has stopped.  I have attempted to open with Safari, Edge, and Chrome. I have refreshed many times. I am missing my chat..  Attached is a copy of the error I am getting..

Not just you Avlee, I am unable to get in and I am getting the same error when I try.

There are 3 conditions that can cause this error to be presented.

The site has reached a billing limit and your site has been disabled.
The Website has been stopped in the portal.
The Azure Website has reached a resource quota limit that applies to either Free or Shared scale modes.
