just upgraded to OS 12 on my Mac now I cannot open profiles in chat room,  can you help

It could be a popup blocker, have a look.

On ''Top of the page'', Clic on ''OPEN SUPPORT'', Clic on ''FAQ'', Clic on ''Profile Settings'', Clic on ''Profile will not open for Me'' good luck  :'(
