We use standard time trackers to track employee time, but they are starting to feel too limited and not quite right for our work. As time goes on, we want something more flexible that can not only track time but also help us analyze performance, perhaps with additional features such as reports, automatic notifications, etc. What can replace outdated time trackers if you need a more flexible system?

Instead of using standard tools that are limited to time tracking only, you can consider more flexible systems such as https://www.monitask.com/en/. This app offers not only time tracking but also other useful features that can help improve monitoring and analyzing team productivity. Monitask allows you to track time, automatically take screenshots of your screen, and capture activity on work resources. This gives you the ability to see what employees' time is spent on while providing flexibility

Yes, I agree, the old time trackers are not so effective anymore. I think in such cases, it's worth looking for solutions that can provide not only time information but also other data to improve performance. This will help not just to track but also to draw conclusions based on the information collected
