It had been roughly a month since arriving in Torcadino, leaving the caravan and selling my (ex) wagon. I had accomplished very little really. My kaissa game had vastly improved, I spent ahn upon ahn training and catching up with old friends and exploring the city with bana. I'm friends with a chocolate vendor who imports his wares from Ar and his shop(pe) was a favorite place of bana's and we stopped often and stocked up on chocolate. 4 weeks ago, when i was first selling the wagon, I had sent a lot of personal gear back to Asperiche along with a rence paper scroll asking to have Hafoc sent to me. Judas had hired some excellent tarnsmen and I wanted my bird. I figured 2 weeks to get to Bazi, 2 days for a ship to reach Asperiche and then maybe a week to arrange for my bird to make the flight to Torcadinonand then a week to arrive here. I was thinking Hafoc would be here any time now.
~2 Days later~
I had just finished sparring a warrior from Tarnburg and we were cleaning our weapons and gossping about mountain life when a slave from the Inn of Players approached and told me there was a man from Asperiche there looking for me. I smiled, nodded to the girl, gathered my gear, made plans to meet the Tarnburg warrior for dinner and bana and I returned to the inn to meet the one who had summoned me. Arriving at the inn, I broke into a grin as I saw it was Aondor, a warrior from Treve that I had hired 2 seasons before. We'd become good friends since that time. Him being here not only meant that Hafoc was here, but that Aandor had left Judas' service. I understood wanderlust though. I knew what it was to feel the longing to wander. Bana greeted and we sat in a quiet part of the inn while she knelt next to my right thigh as he and I drank paga and the 3 of us ate.
