I think it's a great idea! If we did them as they were in the books, they'd fall with the seasonal changes, so the next one would be with the vernal equinox on March 19-20, the celebration of En'Kara. I'd be happy to help plan.

To run a successful fair, please consider the following: 1 Five "pavillions" for the high castes to exchange info and stuff: Initiate temple, Scribe Auditorium/Lecture Hall, Builder Demo area, Physician Ops Theater, Warrior Arena/Dome/Exhibition area. Merchants usually take care of the operations part: Concessions, Kiosk/booth rentals, Gaming and Entertainment, Slave sales (Slavers), organization and flow of traffic, policing, fees, etc. You are planning this for the Sardar Mt. area, right?
