After some digging and asking around, it has been found that, for some reason, you have selected to persecute Penelope, the Merchant of Vendara, and friend of Lydius... And myself, yet, the scroll that I read, combined with the accounts of those present (Ok, I actually only asked Penelope, because I know Chaldea would give the exact same account), shows that there was not just one, but two persons involved in this incident that you feel so wronged about.
Furthermore, it is noted that the ship was not flying Cosian flags, it was being sailed by the man known as Grym, who, last I checked, is not of Cos.
As of this moment, it is strongly requested that you cease any and all pursuits of compensation for damages to ships, persons or other property that you claim to be your own.
Should you present evidence suggesting otherwise, I shall reconsider the matter and, if deemed appropriate, personally see that you are compensated for your losses.
This is your one and only notice. Any further actions by Cos or it's administration will constitute an act of aggression and will be answered as such.
