Since I had so much fun writing 10 random facts about me, I thought I would add 10 more random facts/tidbits. So here goes.
1. I like to keep my circle of friends small. I've learned that its not about the number of friends you have, but its all about the quality of those friends you do have. Friends I made in chat are included in this circle, and I'm thankful to have some amazing friends.
2. As much as I have been through, as much as I have endured, I would not change a thing. My past has made me who I am today, and I have to say I am proud of who I am and how far I have come. What happened to me doesn't determine my path in life, I do. I'm a fighter and a survivor!!!
3. I have zero tolerance for anyone who tries to exert any type of control over me or any aspect of my life. I can and have cut people out of my life for doing just that very thing. My life is just that, my life and I will live it in the way that's best for me. I don't have a perfect life. But I do have a life that is perfect for me.
4. I'm stubborn (a woman who admits to being stubborn :O ), pig headed, silly, goofy, a big flirt, fiercly protective of those close to me, I'm loyal to a fault and I have been told I am the most UNTYPICAL woman they know. Just so you know, I take great pride in being called untypical. The more you get to know me, the more you will find out just how true this is :P
5. My newest and favorite exercise is......sparring. Yes I said sparring, as in boxing. I am learning how to defend myself, deflect punches and 'm learning how to take a hit. Yes I have been hit a few times and I have the bruises to prove it. But I have also gotten off a few good hits and I am now deflecting them pretty well. This is a great way to exercise and its a great way to learn how to defend yourself.
6. My favorite guilty pleasure movie is....The Covenant and my favorite guilty pleasure T.V show is Glee, don't judge me. I don't know why I like them, I just do. Don't hold it against me :P
7. A lot of people are surprised to find this out, but I love metal music. Some of my favorite metal bands are......Amaranthe, Halestorm, Lita Ford, Within Temptation, New Years Day and In This Moment. Though In This Moment is my all time favorite metal band. I fricken love Maria Brink and her vocals!!!!
8. I am a HUGE fan of director Michael Bay, I love love his movies and have watched every single one several times. Armageddon, Transformers, The Rock, Pain and Gain are just a few of my favorites.
9. I absolutely detest reality shows. They aren't very real when most of them are scripted. And the ones that aren't scripted are heavily edited, so to me, you can't really call them reality.
10. My favorite horror movie franchise is Friday the 13th. Yes I know there are a ton of them, but I still enjoy them, as cheesy as they are, lol. I love the reboot that was done a few years ago and hope they do another one.
