Hi, I'm just going to be blatantly honest and hope no one thinks I'm offensive or some sort of creepy. I've not been on date since 2007 and haven't been intimate with a lady since 2014. I stay in a perpetual state of heightened arousal which is annoying as he'll and can cause great discomfort.
