~~after drying off her hands as she just finished dishes from lunch...ebediyet exits the Kitchen door to the back yard...the sun still high in the sky she walks to the supply shed and reaches for the handle of the small cart and turns to go down the path to the garden...the birds escort her with their songs they chirp...a nice breeze is blowing but it is not cold...the leaves of the tree painting the skyline with their colorful beauty...
~~she stops by the pumpkin patch...drops the handles of the cart and slips into the patch and she looks through the pumpkins...looking for three perfect ones to decorate the Paga Den with on the mantle of the Main Room...she sees a nice one but when she starts to look more closely it is flat on one side and brown thinks oO(this will not do)...
~~picking through the patch she finds the three that will do great for her project...she lifts them one by one and staggers to the cart because they are heavy ones...one...two...three...she sets them carefully next to each other then wipes her brow with the back of her hand bends to get the handles of the cart...then turns the cart around and begins the journey back to the Den...
~~the fall season is the best..not to hot not to cold....a great time to be outside to which that is what she plans to do today...coming to the well the girl dips the bucket in the hole and pulls up it up full of cool water...then she pours the water to each pumpkin and wipes away the dirt with a rep cloth from her belt...to the work table out side she lifts the pumpkins to the table one by one...
~~taking a dry cloth and rubbing around the pumpkins till dry...she rushes into the Kitchen and begs the Kitchen Guard for use of a carving knife to which he allows her to use one...but tells her to bring it back as soon as she is done...she promises and thanks him...walking out side..she plucks up a empty bucket...and set it on the ground next to the table...
~~she chooses one of the pumpkins cutting a top out then scooping out the seeds...she sets them to the side...then pulls out all the stringy stuff tossing it in the bucket..the pumpkin is completely hallow...she does this 2 more times...then she cleans up the seeds...rushes back to the Kitchen to get a flat cooking sheet...and goes out back again to place the seeds on the sheet...making sure they are evenly spread out...then takes them to the Kitchen salts them heavenly and places them in the oven to parch...in the mean time she gathers 3 candles...then takes the seeds out of the oven and lets them cool on the counter...
~~back outside at the table she grabs a log and turns it up to use as a chair..then picks up the knife and begins to design the pumpkins making sure to be careful and precise with her knife skills and carving them up just so...it takes her a good bit of time but she thinks she finally has them done and would think the Den Owner...and Master Ridge will be please on how she carved them up...one by one she takes the pumpkins and places them on the mantle of the hearth in the Main Room using the candles she gathered and places one in each lighting them then place the lid on them...the designs pops as the are illuminated...
~~to the Kitchen she goes and places the roasted pumpkin seeds in a nice bowl and displays them at Master Rifges seat for his munching needs...along side a big mug of ale...she goes outside and cleans up her mess then takes the bucket full of pumpkin guts and feeds them to the sleen...she rinses the bucket out and places it upside down back where she found it...then to the Kitchen she takes the baking sheet and washes it up dries it along with the carving knife the Kitchen Guard allowed her to use...making sure he sees her retuning it...she smiles and whispers "thank you Master".and places it back to its bed to rest with the others...looking into the Main Room...looks at the pumpkins glowing bright and she smiles then takes off to primp before dinner...
