Autumn’s Exhale

  Wind whispers gently against the soft folds of a faded silk dress causing it to flutter against sun kissed flesh. She softly exhales as bare feet brush against the cool grass beneath her with each step forward her hands clutching a worn piece of paper like it would shatter beneath her touch. Memories scribbled with uneven writing cluttered and jumbled of the past clinging like they might fall…
