Our support contact form is now once again functional. We appoligize for the issues users have had with the system. If you have submitted contact form requests and recieved no response, please re-submit your support queries. We are also in the process of updating/upgrading/improving the entire buzzen website. If you have any suggestions or concerns please let us know.
We have updated all section home pages to help with navigation. We have also fixed some issues with pages not being displayed properly in widescreen and removed some advertisements.
We had thousands of complaints that helpdesk was too hard to find. We believe the latest update will allow anyone to find it without too much trouble.
Have you noticed that your browser would keep rejoining a chatroom and then crash? If so you experienced first hand a new bug in the latest Internet Explorer 8 update from microsoft.
