The Celebration of the Homestone, where Helisto's 'heart' will be resited with due pomp and ceremony on the dockside, will take place on Thursday 25th May.
Following that will be the annual Helisto Cup tarn race - details of that race and the Homestone celebrations will be posted soon.
Prior to the main race - on Thursday 18th May - the Novices Chase tarn race will take place with the winning novice gaining automatic entry to the Helisto Cup race.
Free ( with coin ) and slaves ( with bina beads ) may place bets on the Novices Chase. A bet "to win" will win 12 times the wager and a bet "to place" will win 3 times the wager if that tarn finishes on the winning perch ( finishes first, second, third or fourth ). The riders are ...
