The iron safe was left empty and dry
A wealthy old grandfather told a lie
Carmen had sworn that he did not steal
The courts were paid gold to believe it was real
He was only 17 when they locked the door
They left him to die on the cold hard floor
With his last breath, a wicked curse he made
An evil blood debt, forever to be paid
The elders laughed, they did not care
But something lurked within the air
When morning came and sunlight shone
The youngest of the children were gone
Hush little children its time to pray
Darkness will come and it will be out to play
Close your eyes and hold on tight
Don’t let go till morning light
Evil lurks behind the wall
It is waiting for the next one to fall
Do not move and do not scream
It is pure terror and not a dream
Do not answer if it calls your name
If you do your soul will be drained
So hush little children pray with might
That you will survive another night
