have you tried to sign out and then sign back in?

Yes. Have cleared out my cache and files. Still nothing. I wrote to the help desk and they didn't have an answer for me. If you find a cure please let me know, lol

No! No rooms at all. I have seen a few people with the same issue. If they figure it out I hope they let ne know. Thank you have yourself a good night

Not sure why this is happening to some. But try this from the chat page (when you enter the room even if it doesnt join and just sticks at loading)
click on the little triangle on the left side of the address bar
click on site settings
scroll down to Insecure content and change it to allow. then close the settings page and you will have to refesh the chat page.

Hello. I am still having trouble accessing the chat room I get in but then it comes up disconnected I have cleared my cache. Are you able to give me some advice as to what I may need do please.
