Turning to Joro, I ask for two of the scrolls back and burn them in the brazier in the office of the tarn cot. Trotting to where bana is, I wake her and tell her to bring a blanket or two and something to wear for flying. Then, returning with her to the tarn cot, I place her in the tarn basket, secure it. Wink to her and then remount and secure myself to the saddle again. The tarn keeper salutes and grins as I depart into the sky and climb and climb. My goal right now is the sun.
