He stands alone... the forgotten one... as the winds they blow so cold... He closed his heart... He denied his home... and He lost the love so true... For somehow on his journey... He stumbled and he fell... He refused the hand she offered...
and the heart that loved him true... He strode away away fromm everything that offered the smallest warmth... He knows not why nor does He care... for He no longer wants to feel... so now He stands so all alone lost in the wilderness
The only friends that have remained... the wind... the rain...the sun above... the earth beneath His feet... none of these will warm a heart... when love it has turned away
Far away from this Warrior a woman sits alone... listening to the wind... the pain was harsh.... the words so cold... her heart was torn apart... she loved with everything she knew... but somehow it wasn't enough... at times she sits so all alone trying
to understand... how does a heart so filled with love... turn so very cold... how do words bruise the soul... and render the future bleak... the woman sits... she's all alone... beneath the blazing moons... she's bathed in the beauty of the light
that blazes from the heavens... the stars themselves they light her eyes and her heart it can't help love... each night though far and all alone she stands beneath the skies... her prayers she sends upon the winds... her love it knew no bounds...
and though she sits alone there still... her love she daily sends... praying that a miracle will Free the warriors soul and melt the ice around His heart ... the women sits and searches the night hoping he understands... no matter what.. when or where
her love is always there... He only has to remember... forever will she wait.....................................

Who is to stand in Savage places where weaker hearts fail? He for whom the Wind is but a reminder of a treasured caress, and the Rain hides tears of his own. He for whom the Sun sears less than Hellish memories, and the Earth has but drank the blood of the innocent whom he loved. Ice is no more than untouched skin, and Snow but fragments of broken dreams falling upon his World. One returns to the Wilderness when it has given him birth, when it has demanded of him ALL which once made him human
We go where angels fear to tread when only WE can stand between the wolf, and the hearth. We stand alone when there are none of our kind left to stand with us, when they lay broken and lifeless around us before hearths of their own where once they lived and loved so well. We stand in the wind and rain, the ice and snow, the sun and the fire before the face of our enemies NOT because we hate that which is in front of us, but because we LOVE that which is behind us.
Hearts of steel are the very shields of our civilization. Not ALL men can lift them to stand where we must, alone if we must. Scorn us if you will, while you dare to live a life of freedom among softer hearts and milder manners which ensure nothing more than slow acceptance of all that is brought to your door.
