what I want to know is what some one is suppossed to expect, I have been doing Gor for a long long time

Having come from a high percentage "visual" realm where roleplay is seen more than heard in many forms, what I have seen so far here on Buzzen comes from those very people that are being ill spoken of in this thread. As wisely spoken by the Lady Shainaa, good job r/players and poor show those who judge solely on language used. Language does not dictate r/play skills nor aid the growth of Gor, contribution and interaction does. For those who are standing judge and jury, where is your roleplay?

I come to online to have fun and amusing adventures. Its an escape for me from the pressures of a very demanding real life. Intelligence is not shown simply by using fancy words. My IQ is 155, but i do not have the need to shout about it on a blog. Typing skills do not necessarily mean you are smart. Even monkeys can be taught to use a typewriter. At the end of the day they are just a monkey that can type.

Do what you will in No Zones, keeping in mind Gorean standards and possibilities for your station and gender, and the penalties for violating them. Do what you are able in Safe Zones, keeping the same in mind as above. Behaving in a Gorean fashion is a matter unrelated to the zoning of the room one happens to run or be in, and is not inextricably tied to participating in cyber combat.

This is my first blog post! Yay me!
It used to be that time away was 30 days. This gave the player time to get over themselves after their loss of time and emotional investment in a character they loved. It was also meant to allow said person time to choose a new Caste, name and background, and other small details necessary for new character development. When you enter a room you agree to the rules in the topic, and the unwritten ones too.
Such as "If I die i do time away as generally agreed on by those that helped to found Gor in Buzzen by those long ago that pioneered the way, blah blah..." I was one of those people. I helped set those rules, they've been around for a long time, and some random person deciding they're above the rules...who isn't me...gets on my nerves.
Keep track of the perp's profile and kick it when it comes in. Don't feel sorry for it, don't tolerate the begging, cursing and whiny noise.

I, the Typist, OOC, have a question. I was under the impression that blogland' Can' be used by OOC persons, so they may ask questions, or reply to, or what have You. So, it is a simple question, yea or nay. Can a person be OOC in blogland, so that Thier Char' need not be slapped around needlessly?
